Vintage french leather club armchair
Early 1950s caramel colour Club armchair with spring base
I made a new cushion for it from a 1948 hessian sac from a flour mill.
The Club armchair has all the beautiful patina and wear to be expected from a vintage piece like this.
This includes some staining and damage on the leather. See pictures
I have cleaned it and conditioned the leather so it is soft and lovely to touch. I haven’t restored it beyond that preferring to keep the original condition as much as possible.
It would look great in a den or snug. It’s very comfy to sit and envelopes you nicely
