Antique 19th century french bobbin armchair
Square shape, fireside or bedroom chair
Gilding between the bobbin’s, it had faded quite a lot and so I have reapplied gold.
The original upholstery was recovered at some point but the seat is still intact under the new cover
This is a lovely, very attractive little armchair.
It would look lovely as a corner chair in a bedroom.
