Twelve dinner plates although 3 have visible defects. Two have a small chip on the painted design, one has a crack. See pictures
There are other small defects and marks on the dishes which are to be expected with items this age.
This is a really lovely turquoise blue design which would look gorgeous paired with other white and blue dinnerware or used on its own.
As is often the case with old dinner services like this, different elements were likely acquired at different times. For example if the service was received as a wedding gift, broken or damaged elements might be replaced over the years or further pieces added.
